Big Top BCTC: Breweries and Beers

It’s Monday, and Big Top BCTC is coming to the brewery in just a few days. We’ve been working ’round the clock on all the final details, including the attending brewery list and what beers they are bringing! The list is alphabetized by brewery name and has the tent and table information on there too so you can plan out your afternoon at the tasting.

The list can be downloaded here: BCTC 2017 Attending Brewers and Beers_FINAL.

You can also view a PDF here: BCTC-2017-Attending-Brewers-and-Beers_FINAL.

If there are any changes this week (ie. someone can’t make it or they want to swap in a different beer) we will make changes to this document up until 5 pm on Thursday.

Cheers!

I have a question to ask regarding my VIP tickets. Who can I email on your side to get a reply? Thanks

Hi, Steve. Your email was forwarded to the catering team on Friday and I understand Tara has since been in touch with you. Cheers!

C’Mon!!! its 4 days before the festival, whats the music lineup!!!!! Also, our first time, how far is the parking from the camping? Thanks!

The musical line up is listed here: http://ommegang.com/blog/big-top-bctc-music-schedule-and-map/

As far as parking goes, it really all depends on when you arrive and where you decide to set up camp. There’s plenty of room in the parking lot for all guests. The camping area is much bigger for BCTC so you have lots of options on where to set up. Many guests do bring a wagon or cart to move their gear from the parking lot, especially to move coolers, tables, etc.

What time can we begin setting up our tent on Friday for the VIP experience? We arrived at noon last year and there were hundreds already set up. Can’t wait for another great celebration! Thank you.

Check in begins at noon on Friday for VIP ticket holders. The tents you saw last year were for the brewers, volunteers that have been working on set up earlier in the week, and staff that set up before work begins on Friday morning. 🙂 We’re so glad you are joining us again this year!

A list that does not require microsoft office to view would be appreciated. A PDF file perhaps?

Thank you, Nick! The team here is looking forward to raising a glass (or a few) with you and all of our guests this weekend!

Wanted to also say thanks for all of your help and my questions regarding a veggie/vegan option for VIP dinner on Friday night. Looking forward to this event like I do every year. It’s obvious how much work you put into the event with how much fun it is! Thank you.

Great job guys and gals. This was my first time and despite being a beer festival veteran, I had no idea what I was in for! Nicely done. I hope to come back next year, well prepared, like all of the other freaks.
